At the 2025 Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) Fall Forum held in Prescott, Rebuild Superior, Inc. was honored with a Golden Prospector Award of Merit, recognizing outstanding achievement in economic development across the state.

The award celebrates the Succeed in Superior, AZ website — launched earlier this year as a key tool in advancing Superior’s economic development goals. Designed to support business recruitment and expansion, the site showcases the town’s advantages for entrepreneurs, remote workers, and growing companies. It reflects years of collaboration, vision, and strategic planning aimed at building a stronger, more resilient economy.

Adding to the celebration, Manuel Guzman, Executive Director of Rebuild Superior, Inc., earned his AZED Pro certification, a milestone achievement marking comprehensive training in business retention, attraction, and workforce development. This certification represents Arizona’s highest standard for economic development professionals — and demonstrates Manny’s commitment to leading Superior with both expertise and heart.
